Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring all the RM / PM are available as per the plan/forecast
- Preparation of FTOs and PRs
- Monitoring timely delivery of materials and timely dispatches
- Coordinating with CFT’s for smooth functioning and completion of the monthly targets
- Coordinating and tracking of new projects
- Monitoring of Projects, preparing a detailed project schedule, and tracking
- Coordinating with all the CFT’s to smoothly complete the monthly plan and new projects.
- Arranging the PRs required for new projects
- Follow up for the completion of PFIs
Technical/ Functional Knowledge and Skills
- Good knowledge of the pharma process from manufacturing to packing
- Knowledge of GMP requirements
- Valuable knowledge on production planning and scheduling
- Good communication skill
- Good in Excel sheets and report preparation
- SAP / ERP knowledge is must
