Job Title: Manager – Production Planning & Control (Toolroom PPC)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced PPC Manager with strong experience in Toolroom / Precision Machining / Make-to-Order Engineering to manage production planning, scheduling, order tracking, and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and schedule daily production for all customer orders.
- Monitor production progress and take action on delays.
- Ensure materials, drawings, and tools are available before production starts.
- Coordinate with vendors for outsourced processes such as heat treatment.
- Provide realistic delivery timelines to the sales team.
- Maintain and update PPC/planning software and Excel reports.
- Track pending orders and prepare weekly on-time delivery reports.
- Coordinate with production, vendors, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Key Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in PPC/Production Planning.




- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Toolroom, Precision Machining, or Make-to-Order Engineering unit.
- Experience with CNC/machining processes and engineering drawings.
- Good knowledge of Excel and planning/ERP software.
- Robust follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering.
- Experience with press tools, dies, or punch press tooling will be an advantage.

Important Requirement Candidates without Toolroom or Precision Machining PPC experience will not be considered.
