Job Title: Assistant Manager / Senior Executive PPIC (Production Planning & Inventory Control)

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and execute production plans based on customer orders, material availability, and manufacturing capacity.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Warehouse, QA, QC, Packaging Development, and Sales teams to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Monitor Raw Material (RM) and Packaging Material (PM) availability and ensure timely procurement to avoid production delays.
- Generate and release Work Orders for Batch Production Records (BPR) and Manufacturing Production Records (MPR).
- Track daily production status and revise production schedules based on priorities and operational requirements.
- Plan and control inventory levels to maintain optimum stock while minimizing excess inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party manufacturers for production scheduling, dispatch planning, and timely deliveries.
- Prepare production MIS reports, planning reports, inventory reports, and order status reports for management review.
- Conduct production planning meetings and monitor adherence to committed delivery schedules.
- Perform costing calculations, negotiate rates with vendors and customers, and support commercial activities.
- Manage packaging artwork development, artwork modifications, proof approvals, and coordination with printing vendors.
- Finalize specifications and dimensions for primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging materials.
- Review and verify artwork details including text matter,



keyline diagrams, Pantone shades, barcodes, batch details, license numbers, and statutory requirements.
- Approve block proofs, shade cards, and online proofs before commercial printing.
- Coordinate packaging development activities for recent product launches and artwork revisions.
- Plan shipper configuration, carton arrangement, and optimize packaging for transportation.
- Calculate CBM (Cubic Meter) for export shipments and support logistics planning.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, quality standards, and customer requirements throughout the planning and manufacturing process.
- Continuously improve production planning processes to enhance productivity, reduce lead time, and improve inventory accuracy.
