- Plan and arrange electrical materials as per production requirements.
- Coordinate with the production team to understand material requirements.
- Follow up on electrical material availability and ensure timely procurement.
- Coordinate with the Purchase Department for procurement of electrical items.
- Prepare and monitor material requirements based on production plans.
- Understand and maintain BOM (Bill of Material) and material requirement data.
- Coordinate with stores and purchase teams for material availability.
- Maintain PPC-related records and reports using Excel/ERP/MRP systems.
- Monitor pending materials and highlight shortages to the concerned departments.
- Ensure smooth material flow to support production schedules.
Key Skills:
- Basic understanding of electrical components.
- Knowledge of BOM and material requirements.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, ERP/MRP systems.
- Positive coordination and follow-up skills.
- Understanding of production planning and material planning.
