We are seeking a Power Platform Developer with hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365. The ideal candidate should have experience developing and supporting business applications, workflows, and digital solutions. The role involves building scalable solutions, gathering business requirements, troubleshooting applications, and collaborating with stakeholders and support teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, enhance, and support Canvas Apps using Microsoft Power Apps.
- Build and maintain workflows and notifications using Power Automate.
- Manage and enhance SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, permissions, pages, and content.
- Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Forms.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into practical digital solutions.
- Perform application testing, deployment support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, vendors, and support teams to ensure timely delivery and issue closure.
- Maintain project trackers, application documentation, user guides, and process documents.
- Validate business data and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Requirements





Required Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Power Platform development, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, business process automation, or digital platform support.
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
- Understanding of SharePoint lists, libraries, permissions, and data structures.
- Experience in requirement gathering, testing, documentation, and user support.
- Solid troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assignments.

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of Power BI, Excel, and data analysis.
- Exposure to Power BI, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, or AI Builder.
- Understanding of REST APIs and Microsoft connectors.
- Knowledge of responsive Power Apps design, reusable components, governance, and ALM.
- Experience supporting internal portals, digital communities, or employee engagement platforms.
