Responsibilities-

Platform Administration & Maintenance

- Manage and administer the full Power Platform suite: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Co-Pilot Studio, and Power Pages
- Monitor platform health, performance, and usage metrics; proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact business operations
- Implement and maintain security policies, access controls, and DLP (Data Loss Prevention) measures
- Manage environments, solutions, and data connections across Dev / Test / Prod tenants

Support & Troubleshooting

- Serve as the primary escalation point for platform-related issues raised by business users and developers
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation covering platform configurations, troubleshooting guides, and process flows

Governance & Compliance

- Define, enforce, and audit governance policies and standards for Power Platform usage across the organization
- Ensure adherence to data security and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, internal data classification policies)
- Manage licensing, environment quotas, and resource allocation to optimize spend
- Conduct periodic audits of platform usage to identify risks, redundancies, and optimization opportunities

Automation & Optimization





- Build and deploy automation workflows to streamline administrative tasks and reduce manual overhead
- Drive continuous improvement of platform efficiency through proactive monitoring

Azure AD & Security

- Manage Azure Active Directory integrations, app registrations, conditional access, and role-based access controls relevant to Power Platform
- Apply security best practices across connectors, gateways, and service accounts

Qualifications:

- Strong hands-on administration experience in Power Apps and Power BI
- Solid understanding of Power Platform architecture, components, and service limits
- Proficiency in managing environments, solutions, managed/unmanaged layers, and data connections
- Security and compliance configuration: DLP policies, setting security groups, tenant-level controls
- PowerShell scripting for admin automation (Power Platform CLI / PPAC)
- CI/CD pipeline experience for Power Platform — Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Power Platform Pipelines
- 2–3 years dedicated Power Platform Administration
- 5+ years total experience on Microsoft Cloud platforms (Azure, M365, Power Platform)
