Power BI Developer / BI Analyst

Location: Pune ( work from Office)

Experience: 0-2 Years

We are seeking a motivated Power BI Developer / BI Analyst with foundational knowledge of Power BI, Data Modeling, DAX, Power Query, Excel, and Microsoft Fabric. Freshers with relevant certifications, internships, academic projects, or personal projects are encouraged to apply.

Key Skills Required

1. Power BI: Report and dashboard creation, visuals, slicers, filters, and basic publishing.
2. Power Query: Data import, cleansing, transformation, merging, appending, and data type management.
3. Data Modeling: Understanding of relationships, primary/foreign keys, and Star Schema concepts.
4. DAX: Basic measures and calculated columns using SUM, CALCULATE, FILTER, IF, DIVIDE, and SUMX.
5. M Language: Ability to understand and modify basic Power Query expressions.
6. Microsoft Fabric:



Awareness of OneLake, Lakehouse, Warehouse, Dataflows Gen2, and Semantic Models.
7. Excel: Robust knowledge of formulas, Pivot Tables, lookups, and reporting.
8. Data Quality: Handling missing values, duplicates, and data inconsistencies.
9. ERP/Finance Data: Familiarity with GL, Chart of Accounts, customers, vendors, invoices, journals, and accounting periods.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Graduate in IT, Computer Science, Finance, Statistics, or related field.
2. PL-300 or other Microsoft certifications preferred.
3. Basic SQL knowledge is an advantage.
4. Exposure to Oracle, SAP, Dynamics, Tally, or similar ERP systems is a plus.
