Role Description This full-time, on-site Political Analyst role is based in Panaji.

The Political

Analyst will monitor and interpret political developments, electoral trends, and policy changes, providing insights that inform campaign strategy and communications. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting research on political issues and actors, analyzing voter data and sentiment, preparing briefings and reports, and collaborating with strategists and creatives to translate findings into messaging.



The role will support political communications initiatives by contributing to targeting approaches, issue framing, and narrative development for clients across the political spectrum.

The Political

Analyst will also participate in internal strategy sessions, present analytical findings, and help refine real-time campaign decisions.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex political data and trends.
- Background in Political Science, Politics, or related fields, with demonstrated political analysis experience.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear writing and confident presentation of findings to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in strategy, communications, and creative disciplines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Public Policy, International Relations, or a related discipline; advanced degree is an advantage.
- Experience with data tools, polling interpretation, and basic statistics or research methods is beneficial.
- Familiarity with Indian political systems, electoral processes, and regional dynamics, particularly relevant to Panaji and broader Goa.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced workplace, manage multiple projects, and maintain high attention to detail under time constraints.
