Responsibilities

- Research and identify high-potential guests aligned with the podcast’s audience, positioning, and content strategy.

- Build and maintain a solid pipeline of prospective guests across founders, creators, celebrities, experts, authors, and industry leaders.

- Find and reach out to guests through email, LinkedIn, Instagram, talent agencies, PR teams, and other relevant channels.

- Craft personalized outreach messages that effectively communicate the podcast’s value proposition and increase response rates.

- Manage end-to-end guest communication, from initial outreach and follow-ups to confirmation and scheduling.

- Coordinate with guests, managers, PR agencies, and internal teams to finalize recording dates, formats, topics, and requirements.

- Maintain an organized database/CRM of prospects, outreach status, responses, follow-ups, and confirmed guests.

- Conduct background research on confirmed guests to identify relevant stories, opinions, achievements,



and conversation angles.

- Stay updated on trending personalities, emerging creators, industry leaders, and newsworthy individuals who could make compelling podcast guests.

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with guests, managers, PR teams, and talent agencies.

- Track outreach metrics such as response rates, conversion rates, follow-up performance, and guest acquisition.

- Continuously experiment with new outreach strategies, channels, and messaging to improve guest conversion.

- Work closely with the content and production teams to ensure the guest pipeline supports the podcast’s larger content and growth strategy.

Key outcome: Build a consistent pipeline of high-quality, relevant, and high-interest guests while maximizing outreach-to-confirmation conversion.
