Job Purpose To carry out door polishing and finishing work with proper stain colour mixing and matching, ensuring consistent colour, shade, and finish as per approved samples and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform polishing, staining, and finishing of wooden doors and frames.

- Mix stains and colours accurately to achieve the required shade as per approved sample.

- Match colours and shades consistently across doors and batches.

- Prepare surfaces by sanding, cleaning, and ensuring proper finishing before polishing.

- Apply stain, sealer, PU/polish, and other finishing materials as required.

- Identify and correct shade variation, uneven application, marks, and finishing defects.





- Follow approved colour formulas and maintain consistency in mixing.

- Ensure proper drying and curing between finishing stages.

- Minimize material wastage and rework.

- Maintain cleanliness of the polishing area, tools, and equipment.

- Follow safety procedures while handling stains, thinners, PU, and other chemicals.

- Coordinate with QC/Supervisor to ensure the finished product meets the required quality standard.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
