We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented PMO Analyst to support project governance, reporting, portfolio management, and delivery oversight within a large enterprise environment.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning own workload and working with autonomy, typically against a backdrop of changing priorities and / or external events.
- Willing to work as hard as is needed to complete the tasks. This can mean working outside core hours in busy times.
- Good Communication, ability to convey the message and influence people, valuable documentation skill.
- Pragmatic thinker and ability to influence senior stakeholders across a matrixed managed organization.
- A good team player, building strong relationships within and across other teams.
- Good stakeholder engagement and management skills with the ability to present factual information to individuals or groups in a structured, clear, confident and concise way.
Requirements
- Hands-on with a positive "can-do" attitude.
- Must have experience of PMO department or project management exposure including change processes, artefacts and systems, preferably within an Enterprise / Group setting.
- Preferred to have experience of projects preferably with both Waterfall and Agile delivery teams.
- An understanding of the financial aspects of managing a portfolio of projects, including cross-charging between projects, teams and business areas.
- Understanding of established project management lifecycles, methodologies, governance and frameworks.
- Have an understanding of the compliance needs of a large financial company, including Group Project Policy, reporting and escalating principle.

Experience: 2-4 Years in PMO, Project Management, or a related field
