– PMC Manager

Project: NTPC Bikaner Solar Project – 200 MW / 300 MW

Location: Bikaner, Rajasthan

Position: PMC Manager

Reporting To: Project Head / Project Manager

Qualification & Experience

B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or relevant qualification.

8–10 years of relevant experience in PMC, project management, EPC or renewable energy projects.

Minimum 2–3 years in PMC Manager / Project Manager / PMC Lead or equivalent managerial role at site.

Experience in large-scale solar/EPC projects will be preferred.

Robust hands-on experience in project billing, measurement and certification.

SAP/ERP experience is mandatory.

Prior NTPC project experience will be given preference.





Government/PSU project experience will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Lead overall PMC and project monitoring activities at site.

Monitor project progress against approved schedules, milestones and execution plans.

Coordinate with EPC contractors, subcontractors, consultants, NTPC/client and internal teams.

Review contractor progress, measurements, quantities and project/monthly billing.

Verify contractor bills against BOQ, work completion and supporting documents.

Prepare/review DPR, WPR, MPR, MIS and project dashboards.

Monitor delays, critical activities, project risks and recovery actions.

Coordinate with Commercial/Accounts teams for billing, invoice and payment-related matters.

Monitor relevant SAP/ERP transactions, including work orders, service entries and invoices.

Coordinate with NTPC/client/consultant for inspections, approvals, measurements and certification.

Monitor variations, deviations and extra-item requirements.

Maintain project documentation, correspondence, approvals and measurement records.

Support project closure, final measurement, final billing and handover.

Key Competencies

Strong knowledge of PMC/project controls and EPC project management.

Strong hands-on knowledge of project billing, BOQ and quantity measurement.

SAP/ERP proficiency is mandatory.

Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and project MIS.

MS Project/Primavera knowledge will be an advantage.

Strong coordination, analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills
