About the Role

We are looking for a PMC Engineer with 1–2 years of experience to support project planning, site execution, contractor coordination, quality control, billing verification and day-to-day project management. The ideal candidate should have solid site execution and coordination skills, understand drawings and BOQs, and be comfortable working with contractors, consultants, vendors and client representatives.

Key Responsibilities1. Site & Project Coordination

· Monitor day-to-day construction activities at project sites.

· Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, architects and vendors.

· Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.

· Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.

· Maintain effective communication between the client and execution teams.

- PMC & Project Monitoring· Track project progress against planned schedules.

· Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.

· Monitor work fronts, manpower and material availability.

· Follow up with contractors for pending activities and committed timelines.

· Highlight delays, quality issues and critical site requirements to management.

- Drawing & Technical Coordination

· Review and understand civil, architectural, structural and MEP drawings.

· Coordinate drawing-related site issues with consultants.

· Check dimensions, levels and execution details at site.

· Maintain records of approved drawings and revisions.

· Ensure construction is carried out according to the latest approved drawings.

- BOQ, Billing & Quantity Verification

· Check contractor measurements against actual site work.

· Verify BOQ quantities and work completion.





· Assist in checking contractor RA bills.

· Identify extra items, deviations and variations.

· Prepare quantity statements and measurement sheets.

· Compare executed quantities with approved BOQ/work orders.

- Quality Control· Monitor workmanship and construction quality.

· Ensure materials and finishes comply with approved specifications.

· Conduct regular site inspections.

· Identify defective or non-conforming work and coordinate rectification.

· Maintain snag lists and ensure closure of pending points.

- Contractor & Vendor Management· Coordinate with contractors regarding manpower, materials and work schedules.

· Follow up on material deliveries and site requirements.

· Monitor contractor performance and productivity.

· Maintain records of work orders, quotations, approvals and site instructions.

- Documentation & Reporting· Daily Progress Reports (DPR)

· Weekly Progress Reports

· Site Inspection Reports

· Measurement Sheets

· BOQ Tracking

· Material Requirement / Status Reports

· Contractor Progress Tracker

· Snag / Punch Lists

· Work Completion Reports

Required Qualifications & Experience

· Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

· 1–2 years of relevant experience.

· Experience in PMC,



construction management, site supervision or client-side project coordination preferred.

· Candidates with strong site execution and project coordination experience will be considered.

Required Skills· Good understanding of construction execution.

· Knowledge of BOQ and quantity measurement.

· Basic understanding of billing and rate analysis.

· Ability to read civil, architectural and structural drawings.

· Contractor and vendor coordination.

· Site quality monitoring and project progress tracking.

· Good MS Excel and MS Office skills.

· AutoCAD knowledge preferred.

· Basic knowledge of project scheduling.

· Good communication, follow-up and reporting skills.
