Role Summary

The Senior Engineer Plumbing will be responsible for supervising and managing the execution of plumbing and firefighting systems at construction sites. The role demands solid technical expertise, leadership in site coordination, and adherence to quality, safety, and statutory compliance standards.

1. Site Supervision & Execution

- Oversee installation of water supply, drainage, sanitary fixtures, and firefighting systems.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and IS/NBC codes.
- Monitor daily site activities and resolve technical issues promptly.

1. Firefighting Systems

- Supervise installation of hydrants,



sprinklers, hose reels, pump sets, and pipelines.
- Conduct pressure testing, flow testing, and commissioning.
- Ensure compliance with fire safety norms and statutory approvals.

3. Coordination

- Collaborate with civil, electrical,and HVAC teams to avoid service clashes.
- Provide technical clarifications to contractors and site supervisors.

1. Testing & Commissioning

- Conduct final testing and commissioning of plumbing and firefighting systems.
- Prepare handover documents,test certificates, and as-built drawings.
- Ensure systems are fully operational before project completion.
