Role Description The Political Assembly Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Panaji. This position is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing political assemblies, rallies, and related field events in alignment with campaign strategies and messaging developed by Set Narrative. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with campaign leadership to understand objectives, identifying and securing venues, managing logistics such as permits, vendor relationships, and event schedules, and overseeing on-the-ground teams and volunteers during events.

The role also involves collaborating with communications and social media teams to ensure consistent narrative across speeches, materials, and live coverage,



as well as collecting feedback and data from attendees for post-event analysis.

The Political Assembly

Manager is expected to maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and uphold high standards of safety, professionalism, and operational efficiency at all events.

Qualifications

- Experience in political campaign management, event management, or grassroots organizing, with the ability to plan and execute large-scale assemblies, rallies, and field events.
- Strong skills in stakeholder coordination, including working with campaign teams, local authorities, vendors, volunteers, and community organizations.
- Proficiency in operational and logistical planning, including budgeting, scheduling, venue management, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey campaign narratives clearly and motivate on-ground teams.
- Comfort with data collection and basic analysis of event metrics, attendee feedback, and field reports to inform campaign strategy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, manage multiple events and deadlines, and adapt to shifting campaign priorities.
- Familiarity with political processes, voter engagement strategies, and regional dynamics in and around Panaji is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in political science, communications, public administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours as required
