- Monitor and maintain PLC-based automation and process control systems in the chemical plant.

- Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, control panels, sensors, transmitters, control valves, and related automation systems.

- Identify PLC and instrumentation faults and take corrective action to minimize plant downtime.

- Monitor PLC programs, alarms, interlocks, sequences, and process parameters.

- Carry out basic PLC programming, logic modifications, and troubleshooting as required.

- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Electrical, and Instrumentation teams for smooth plant operations.

- Perform preventive maintenance of PLC, instrumentation, and automation systems.

and calibration of instruments and automation equipment.

- Maintain records of breakdowns, preventive maintenance, PLC modifications, and corrective actions.

- Ensure proper functioning of process interlocks, alarms, and safety-related automation systems.

- Read and understand P&ID;, instrument datasheets, control logic, and wiring diagrams.

- Support automation-related improvement projects and modifications.

- Follow all plant safety procedures and chemical industry safety standards.

- Be available for shift duties and breakdown support when required.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
