Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled PLC Programmer with 4–8 years of hands-on experience in PLC programming, HMI/SCADA, motion control, industrial communication, machine commissioning, and troubleshooting . The candidate will be responsible for PLC software development, machine automation, FAT/SAT, commissioning, debugging, and customer-site technical support.

- PLC: Mitsubishi, Omron, Siemens, Allen-Bradley (AB), Delta, Inovance
- Programming: Ladder Logic, FBD, SFC
- HMI: HMI Development, Configuration & Troubleshooting

Communication & Automation Systems

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, modify, debug, and optimize PLC programs for industrial machines and automation systems.
- Develop and troubleshoot HMI/SCADA applications .
- Program and integrate servo motors, servo drives, and motion-control systems .
- Configure and troubleshoot EtherCAT, PROFINET, Modbus TCP, and EtherNet/IP communication.
- Perform FAT, SAT, commissioning, machine start-up, and production support .
- Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, motion-control, communication, and machine-automation issues.
- Develop recipe management and machine-control functions.
- Integrate and troubleshoot load cell systems .
- Read and interpret electrical/control-system drawings.
- Prepare PLC documentation, commissioning reports, troubleshooting records, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with Electrical, Mechanical, Software, and Project teams for machine integration and troubleshooting.
- Provide customer-site installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and after-sales technical support.
- Travel to customer sites for commissioning and service activities as required.
