Role & responsibilities

- Integrate edge devices with customer PLC/SCADA and OT networks.

- Configure and troubleshoot IP, VLAN, firewall, DMZ, DNS, NTP, and cloud connectivity.

- Work with industrial protocols such as EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP/RTU, and PROFINET.

- Commission systems onsite and remotely and troubleshoot connectivity/integration issues.

- Coordinate with customer IT, OT, engineering, and process teams during deployments.

- Support Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) and customer sign-off.

- Prepare network diagrams, integration documents, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides.

- Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to product/engineering teams.

- Support customer queries and pre-sales discussions related to IT/OT and network architecture.

Travel to customer manufacturing sites as required (up to 50%).

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience with Linux troubleshooting and network tools.

- Knowledge of IT/OT, Industry 4.0, industrial networking, or IoT.

- Exposure to monitoring tools, sensor data, or time-series data.

- Startup mindset with the ability to work independently and build processes.
