Job Summary

Eco Mechatronics Automation is looking for a skilled PLC & HMI Programmer responsible for PLC programming, HMI development, machine automation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and system integration for industrial automation projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs for industrial automation machines.
- Design and develop HMI screens for machine operation, monitoring, alarms, and parameter settings.
- Work with PLC platforms such as Siemens, Mitsubishi, Delta, Allen-Bradley, or similar.
- Configure and troubleshoot industrial communication protocols and field devices.
- Perform machine commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting at site.
- Integrate PLCs with VFDs, servo drives, sensors, motors, and other automation components.
- Understand electrical control panels, wiring diagrams, I/O and control logic.
- Identify and resolve automation-related faults during machine operation.
- Coordinate with the Mechanical, Electrical, and Production teams for successful project execution.
- Prepare and maintain PLC/HMI programs and basic technical documentation.




- Travel to customer sites for installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting when required.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of PLC Programming & HMI Development.
- Knowledge of industrial automation and control systems.
- Basic understanding of electrical panels, sensors, VFDs, and servo systems.
- Ability to read electrical/control drawings.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical will be an added advantage.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.

Education & Experience
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or related field.
- Experience in PLC & HMI programming / Industrial Automation preferred.
- Freshers with relevant PLC/HMI training and practical knowledge may also apply.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with hands-on experience in PLC programming, HMI development, machine automation, commissioning, and industrial troubleshooting will be preferred.

Salary: ₹15k - 30k per month, depending on skills and experience

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
