- Business Analysis &

Requirements Engineering: 6+ years in leading requirement gathering, feasibility analysis, user stories, process flows, and data analysis.

- Technical Documentation: Hands-on authoring of BRDs, User Guides, and project-closure artifacts for engineering and delivery teams.

- Agentic Platform Fluency: Experience delivering GCP agentic platforms across Data, Model, and Agent tracks, including multi-agent debate systems.

- GCP Infrastructure: Expertise in GCP Console, GKE, IAP, BigQuery, Memorystore, CCAI, and Databricks-to-GCP data migrations.

- Conversational & Enterprise AI: Robust knowledge of CCAI, Agent Assist, LLMs, and Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform.

- Delivery & Stakeholder Management: End-to-end Agile/Scrum leadership, sprint planning, risk management, and ADO execution.

- Tooling Proficiency: ADO, Jira, Asana, Devrev, Salesforce, Postman, Figma, draw.io, Visio, Miro, Canva, MS Office, and Google Workspace.

- Google Cloud Credentials: Cloud Digital Leader, Certified Partner Specialist (Gemini Enterprise), and multiple Gen AI/CCaaS badges.
