Role & Responsibilities

1. Perform primary and revision cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries—including rhinoplasty, breast augmentation/reduction, abdominoplasty, facelifts, and microvascular reconstruction with strict adherence to safety and aesthetic standards.

Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, develop personalized surgical plans, and manage pre-op diagnostics and post-op recovery pathways.
3. Lead a clinical team of assistants, nurses, and anesthesia providers during procedures, ensuring seamless coordination and real-time decision-making.
4. Document surgical cases with precision, maintain compliance with national surgical guidelines (MCI/NMC), and contribute to audit/improvement initiatives.
5. Stay current with global advances in plastic surgery techniques, technology, and materials—especially 3D imaging, robotic-assisted surgery, and regenerative tissue approaches.
6. Participate in public education, patient awareness campaigns, and referral network development to grow clinical volume and brand trust.
