- Knowledge of the Injection molding production, selection of the mold Vs machine, processing of the different plastic material
- Basic knowledge of the all ancillaries used for the injection molding. Keep check on product quality at different stages of Production as perthe referance/master sample.
- Identify rejected product at production stage and then correct the process/material/ancillaries accordingly.
- To identify risk relevant to processes and prepare risk control plan.
- To ensure that FIFO is strictly followed at different stages of Production.
