We are looking for an experienced Plant Operations Head to manage end-to-end pharmaceutical plant operations and ensure productive, compliant, and safe functioning of the facility.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day plant operations across Production, QA, QC, R&D;, Engineering, Stores, Purchase, EHS, and HR/Admin.
- Monitor production plans, manpower, materials, equipment, utilities, and plant performance.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, EHS, statutory,



and regulatory requirements.
- Drive productivity, cost optimization, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate plant setup, equipment installation, qualification, commissioning, and scale-up activities.
- Manage plant administration, maintenance, infrastructure, vendors, and operational expenses.
- Establish and monitor key operational KPIs and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams.
- Prepare operational reports and provide updates to senior management.

Candidate Requirements

- 15–25 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing / plant operations.
- Strong knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
- Experience managing multiple departments and large teams.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Exposure to plant commissioning, utilities, maintenance, warehouse operations, and regulatory compliance.
