- Review of Unit BEST Activities
- Horizontal Deployment of Best Practices
- Promote BEST culture in Plant e.g.

Kaizen

Hungama, TQM Hour, BEST Convention etc.

- Alignment with Corporate for Group BEST convention.
- Alignment with Customer / External agencies for participation in QC/TPS competitions etc.
- Ensure Management reviews are conducted as per plan
- Review of Process & Product audits
- Review of deployment of QMS requirements across all processes within plant
- Conducting and Review of Internal systems (IATF/MSM) audits
- Ensure support to Safety Officer (Plant/Hub) in 1SO14001 / 45001 related activities
- Timely closure of Internal/External NC's/Observations
- Cordinate and Participate in QMS External (e.g. IATF 16949) Audits
- Conduct Trainings Related to BEST & Standards ( Core tool , IATF 16949 & ISO 14001 / 45001).
