Role Description The Plant Merchandiser role is a full-time, on-site position based at the Coropex Packaging facility in Neemrana.

The Plant

Merchandiser will coordinate packaging production with customer orders, ensuring that designs, materials, and finished goods align with client specifications and delivery timelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, tracking work-in-progress, and aligning plant output with sales forecasts and packaging requirements across various product lines. The role involves close collaboration with production, quality, design, and sales teams to maintain accurate merchandising data, optimize space utilization,



and support efficient dispatch and logistics.

The Plant

Merchandiser will also assist in maintaining documentation, preparing regular reports, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in plant merchandising and packaging presentation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in production coordination, inventory management, and basic merchandising operations within a manufacturing or packaging environment.
- Candidates should possess skills in communication, stakeholder coordination, and collaboration with cross-functional teams such as production, design, quality, and sales.
- Candidates should possess skills in data handling, reporting, and the use of MS Office or similar tools for tracking orders, stock levels, and plant performance metrics.
- Candidates should possess skills in organizational planning, time management, and attention to detail to manage multiple product lines and delivery schedules effectively.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in packaging, production management, supply chain, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience in corrugated packaging, print production, or FMCG/retail-related merchandising will be considered an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Neemrana, adapt to a plant environment, and follow safety and quality standards is required.
