About the Role

Bhakkar Marbles Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Plant & Machinery Engineer to manage the maintenance, operation, troubleshooting, and performance of machinery at our marble processing plant.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operation and maintenance of plant machinery.

Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery.

Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and ensure minimum machine downtime.

Monitor machine performance and production efficiency.

Supervise technicians, machine operators, and maintenance staff.

Plan and execute regular servicing and preventive maintenance schedules.

Maintain records of machine breakdowns, maintenance, repairs, and spare parts.

Coordinate with machine suppliers, service engineers, and external technicians.

Ensure proper installation, commissioning, and smooth operation of new machinery.

Identify recurring machine problems and implement corrective measures.

Ensure compliance with plant safety and maintenance procedures.





Support production teams in maintaining uninterrupted plant operations.

Mandatory Industry Experience

Previous experience in the Marble / Natural Stone industry is mandatory.

Candidate must have practical knowledge of marble processing and factory machinery.

Experience with marble cutting, polishing, calibration, edge processing, finishing, or stone fabrication machinery will be preferred.

Candidates without relevant marble/natural stone industry experience will not be considered.

Qualification

Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or relevant technical field.
