Roles & Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end plant operations and production across all manufacturing lines, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, productivity, and operational targets.
- Ensure strict compliance with EHS guidelines, statutory and legal requirements, industrial regulations, and workplace safety protocols, with a focus on achieving a zero-accident environment.
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual production plans, budgets, forecasts, product costing, cost optimisation, and overall business continuity in coordination with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
- Lead continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives including Process Improvement, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, IMS, Lean/Six Sigma, training, and productivity enhancement.
- Lead and manage the complete plant team while ensuring effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders for smooth and uninterrupted plant operations.
- Monitor plant performance, production efficiency, quality, costs, productivity, and basic P&L; parameters, and implement corrective actions to achieve business objectives.

Skills & Competencies :





- Minimum 15 years of relevant manufacturing experience with mandatory hands-on experience in Thermal Insulation products and Refractory manufacturing.
- Robust experience in insulation products manufacturing, with sound knowledge of manufacturing processes, plant operations, quality, safety, productivity, and cost management.
- Strong Refractory manufacturing experience, including experience with Hysil / Hysil-type refractory and insulation products, and a thorough understanding of relevant manufacturing processes.
- B.Tech/B.E. in Ceramic Engineering or Chemical Engineering, with strong technical and operational understanding of refractory, insulation, ceramic, or chemical manufacturing environments.
- Strong plant leadership, people management, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Working knowledge of SAP, MS Office, Lean/Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, and IMS; Six Sigma Green Belt/Lean certification or equivalent certification will be an advantage.
