Role Description The Placement Director/Placement Manager will lead and manage the placement cell, overseeing all activities related to student internships and final placements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gautam Buddha Nagar, requiring daily coordination with students, faculty, and corporate partners.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with recruiters, identifying new employers, and organizing campus recruitment drives, pre-placement talks, and industry interactions. The role involves designing and delivering placement-related training programs, monitoring student readiness, and providing career guidance to improve employability.

The Placement





Director/Placement Manager will also track placement statistics, prepare reports for leadership, and ensure alignment of placement activities with institutional goals and standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Training skills to conduct placement preparation, soft skills sessions, and employability workshops.
- Candidates should possess Hiring and Recruiting skills, including experience in campus placements, talent acquisition, and employer relationship management.
- Candidates should possess Career Counseling skills to guide students on career paths, job readiness, and career development.
- Candidates should possess basic to intermediate Finance understanding to interpret salary structures, compensation packages, and industry trends.
- Candidates should have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engagement with students and corporate stakeholders.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational and coordination abilities to manage events, schedules, and multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Candidates should have prior experience in placement management, corporate relations, or a related education/HR role, preferably in a business or management institute.
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in Management, Human Resources, Education, or a related field is preferred.
