Description

Design, deploy, and manage containerized environments for IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) on OpenShift. Solid expertise in OpenShift cluster administration, MAS deployment, and integration with enterprise systems required.

Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain Red Hat OpenShift clusters on-prem or cloud
- Manage cluster lifecycle, upgrades, patching, scaling, and performance tuning
- Deploy IBM MAS on OpenShift using Helm charts and operators
- Configure MAS components, manage, monitor, predict, and ensure high availability
- Implement RBAC, network policies, and container security best practices




- Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards
- Use tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenShift Console for health checks
- Troubleshoot MAS pods, persistent volumes, and integration issues
- Develop automation scripts for cluster operations and MAS deployments
- Integrate with Jenkins, GitOps pipelines for continuous delivery
- Support MAS integrations with ERP, IoT, and external systems
- Manage API gateways and service mesh configurations

Requirements

- Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration
- IBM MAS or Maximo certifications preferred
