Pigment Systems Analyst — FP&A;

At eyewa, we’re looking for a hands-on planning systems analyst to build and improve the models that support our financial planning and reporting. You’ll work closely with FP&A;, Controllership, Data Engineering, and Business Technology to turn complex finance requirements into reliable, easy-to-use applications.

This role suits someone who enjoys building in Pigment, understands the finance behind the models, and can make planning processes faster and more accurate.

What you’ll do

- Own the build and day-to-day administration of our Pigment applications, including dimensions, metrics, formulas, scenarios, versions, and user access.
- Partner with Finance and commercial teams to design scalable models for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Develop and optimise formulas, troubleshoot calculation issues, and improve model performance.
- Build and maintain data flows from ERP systems, data warehouses, and other sources, with checks to keep data accurate and loads reliable.
- Create transparent dashboards, reports, and views that help stakeholders understand performance and make decisions.
- Identify manual processes that can be simplified or automated within the planning platform.

What we’re looking for





- 4+ years of hands-on model-building experience in Pigment, Anaplan, or a comparable enterprise planning platform.
- Practical build and administration experience in Pigment is essential. You should be comfortable designing models, writing formulas, configuring views and dashboards, managing scenarios and permissions, and troubleshooting performance.
- Strong SQL skills, advanced Excel, and experience working with a cloud data warehouse such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
- Experience with data integration or ETL tools, plus exposure to APIs or scripting for automation; Python is preferred.
- A working understanding of financial statements, P&L; and cost centre structures, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close.
- Clear communication skills and confidence working directly with both technical and finance stakeholders.
- Professional fluency in English and the ability to work independently in a remote team, including overlap with core team hours during key finance cycles.
- Experience with Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite, a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau, or Pigment certification would be an advantage.
