Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Picker role based in Beed. The Picker is responsible for accurately locating, selecting, and packing customer orders from warehouse shelves and storage areas, ensuring that the correct items and quantities are prepared. The role involves following inventory and safety guidelines, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the picking area, and coordinating with supervisors and team members to meet daily order targets.

The Picker will use handheld devices or systems to scan items, update stock levels, and report any discrepancies or damaged goods.



The position requires consistent attention to detail, meeting performance timelines, and supporting a smooth order fulfillment process for Blinkit customers.

Qualifications

- Ability to follow order lists and instructions accurately, with strong attention to detail and basic reading and numeric skills.
- Comfort with using handheld scanners or simple digital tools for item tracking, and willingness to learn warehouse systems.
- Capability to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, lifting and carrying items, and moving around the warehouse safely.
- Basic understanding of inventory handling and stock organization, with a focus on maintaining orderly shelves and storage areas.
- Valuable communication skills and teamwork mindset to coordinate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.
- Reliability in following safety procedures and company policies, including punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Prior experience in warehouse, retail, or logistics operations is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification typically at secondary school level or equivalent, as per local requirements.
