Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate, qualified, and dedicated Senior Secondary Physics Teacher to join our academic team. The teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging Physics lessons to senior secondary students, preparing students for board examinations, and developing their conceptual understanding through practical and activity-based learning.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver effective Physics lessons for Classes XI and XII.
- Teach concepts in accordance with the prescribed school curriculum and syllabus.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, worksheets, and assessments.
- Conduct Physics practicals and laboratory activities safely and effectively.
- Prepare students for board examinations and competitive examinations where applicable.
- Monitor and assess students' academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify students who require additional academic support and provide appropriate guidance.
- Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, experimentation, and scientific reasoning.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student performance.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings, school events, and academic activities.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and supportive classroom environment.




- Stay updated with developments in Physics education, teaching methodologies, and curriculum requirements.

Qualifications
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Physics or a related field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred/required as per school requirements.
- Relevant teaching experience at the senior secondary level is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Physics concepts and practical applications.
- Good communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.

Experience

2–5 years of teaching experience preferred, though freshers with strong subject knowledge and relevant qualifications may also be considered.

Salary based on qualifications and experience.
