Role Description This full-time remote role focuses on teaching phonics and public speaking to younger kids and working professionals across domestic locations and age groups. The professional will design and deliver interactive online sessions that build foundational phonics skills, pronunciation, and reading fluency for children, while also coaching working professionals in effective presentation, articulation, and audience engagement.

Daily tasks include planning lesson content, creating age-appropriate learning materials, conducting live classes, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback. The role also involves collaborating with the academic team to refine curricula, integrating digital tools to enhance learning, and maintaining clear communication with learners and guardians or stakeholders.



Consistent documentation of progress and adherence to Fantastiqo’s teaching standards and schedules are essential.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong phonics and language teaching skills, including expertise in pronunciation, reading fluency, and foundational literacy for younger learners.
- Candidates should possess effective public speaking and communication coaching skills, such as presentation structuring, vocal modulation, confidence-building, and audience interaction techniques.
- Candidates should possess online teaching and classroom management skills, including the ability to conduct engaging virtual sessions, manage diverse age groups, and use digital platforms or tools efficiently.
- Candidates should possess lesson planning and curriculum development skills, including designing structured learning modules, creating interactive materials, and aligning content with learning outcomes.
- Candidates should possess strong interpersonal and mentoring skills, including empathy, patience, active listening, and the ability to motivate learners of different ages and backgrounds.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Communication, or a related field, along with formal training or certification in phonics, ESL, speech, or public speaking, are highly beneficial.
- Previous experience teaching children and/or adults in online or offline settings, familiarity with e-learning environments, and the ability to work independently in a remote, structured schedule are preferred.
