- Perform blood and other sample collections accurately and safely.
- Verify patient details and ensure proper sample labeling.
- Follow sample handling, storage, and transportation procedures.
- Maintain infection control, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Handle patients professionally and provide a comfortable sample collection experience.
- Maintain proper documentation and follow laboratory SOPs.
- Report sample discrepancies and collection-related issues to the concerned supervisor.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in phlebotomy/sample collection.
- MLT / DMLT / B.Sc. MLT qualification.
- Valid professional registration is mandatory.
- Good communication, patient-handling, and phlebotomy skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
