- Technical Leadership Delivery

- Lead end to end development of backend services and web applications using PHP and Laravel

- Own technical planning estimations and sprint execution to ensure timely and high quality releases

- Define and enforce coding standards best practices and reusable patterns across the team

- Review code guide refactoring and ensure maintainability performance and security of applications

- Architecture Collaboration

- Design scalable application architecture and contribute to technical decision making and trade offs

- Collaborate with product and stakeholders to refine requirements and translate them into technical solutions

- Work with frontend and QA teams to ensure smooth integration testing and release readiness

- Mentorship Continuous Improvement

- Mentor engineers through pairing feedback and technical guidance to strengthen team capability

- Identify bottlenecks and improve development workflows deployment practices and operational reliability

- Minimum Qualifications

- 5 9 years of professional experience in backend web development with strong hands on expertise in PHP





- Strong experience building applications using Laravel including routing middleware authentication and ORM usage

- Experience leading modules teams conducting code reviews and driving engineering execution

- Solid understanding of backend fundamentals RESTful APIs application security performance optimization and debugging

- Education BTECH BCA MCA MTECH

- Preferred Qualifications

- Experience designing and maintaining scalable APIs and service oriented backend components in Laravel

- Proven ability to guide architecture decisions manage technical debt and improve codebase health over time

- Robust experience with database design and query optimization for high traffic applications

- Familiarity with automated testing practices and improving release confidence through better test coverage

- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders
