We are looking for an experienced Retail Sales Executive for our medicine shop who can efficiently handle customer interactions, billing, and inventory using pharmacy ERP systems. The ideal candidate should have strong product knowledge and hands-on experience in retail pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Attend to walk-in customers and assist with medicine purchases

- Ensure accurate billing using Marg ERP and other ERP systems

- Maintain proper stock levels and monitor inventory

- Handle prescriptions carefully and dispense medicines as per guidelines

- Provide basic product guidance to customers (OTC medicines, healthcare products)

- Coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a medicine retail shop

- Robust working knowledge of Marg ERP or similar pharmacy ERP software

- Good understanding of pharmaceutical products and prescriptions

- Basic computer proficiency

- Strong communication and customer handling skills

Pay: ₹6,086.00 - ₹15,498.64 per month
