Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Personality Development Teacher. The role involves designing and delivering online personality development sessions, including modules on communication skills, confidence building, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal skills. The teacher will develop structured lesson plans, create engaging learning materials, and use interactive methods such as discussions, role-plays, and activities to support learner growth.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting live classes, tracking learner progress, providing constructive feedback, and adapting content to different age groups and learning styles. The role also includes collaborating with the academic team to refine curriculum,



contributing to digital content related to personality development, and maintaining professional, learner-centered communication across online platforms.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Personality Development and Training, including mentoring, coaching, and facilitating interactive sessions.
- Candidates should possess skills in Research and Writing to develop evidence-based content, lesson plans, and learning materials.
- Candidates should possess Social Media skills to support online engagement, share educational content, and enhance learner interaction on digital platforms.
- Relevant teaching or training experience, preferably in soft skills, life skills, or personal development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and empathetically.
- Comfort with online teaching tools, learning management systems, and virtual classroom platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Communication, or a related field; additional certifications in training or counseling are an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage schedules, and support diverse learners in a respectful, inclusive manner.
