We are looking for a responsible and field comfortable loan executive to create and manage a personal loan portfolio end-to-end. The role involves sourcing quality loan applications through online and offline channels, maintaining relationships with customers and channel partners, ensuring portfolio health, and coordinating recovery efforts wherever required.

The ideal candidate should be commercially driven, disciplined in follow-ups, and capable of balancing business growth with portfolio quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Source personal loan files through incoming online leads, references, connectors, and channel partners
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of loan applications
- Conduct credit analysis and profile assessment before login
- Coordinate with operations, and documentation teams for smooth processing
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing borrowers
- Monitor EMI performance and overdue accounts within the allocated portfolio
- Coordinate with collection and recovery teams for delinquent cases
- Visit customers where required for recovery discussions and resolution
- Maintain portfolio quality and control delinquency levels




- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in multiple personal loan functions like credit, collections, and sales will be a plus
- Solid communication and relationship management skills
- Comfortable with field work and customer visits when required
- Ability to handle pressure and follow up consistently
- Basic understanding of loan underwriting and collection practices
- Familiarity with local market and customer network preferred

Experience
- 2–5 years in personal loans / unsecured lending - credit, collections and / or sales

Education
- Graduate in any discipline preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
