Required:

- 4 to 6 years experience in performance testing and engineering roles

- Experience designing, developing, and executing performance test scripts using LoadRunner, JMeter, or NeoLoad

- Experience planning and coordinating performance testing activities, including workload modeling and scenario design

- Experience analyzing test results, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending performance improvements

- Experience using monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog, or Splunk for root cause analysis

- Experience preparing performance test reports and presenting findings to stakeholders

- Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Computer Applications, Master of Science in Computer Science, or equivalent

Preferred:

- Experience participating in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and effort estimation

- Experience creating and maintaining requirements traceability documentation

- Experience provisioning test data for performance test execution

- Experience tracking dependencies and resolving issues that affect test activities

- Experience mentoring junior team members and reviewing test artifacts
