Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute performance testing plans to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements.

- Analyze data from tools such as AppDynamics, Dynatrace, JMeter, LoadRunner to identify trends and areas for improvement.

- Develop reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.

Job Requirements :

- 7-9 years of experience in performance testing engineering or related field.

- Proficiency in one or more performance testing tools such as AppDynamics, Dynatrace, JMeter, LoadRunner.

- Solid understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) including design patterns, coding standards, and best practices.
