PERFORMANCE MARKETING SPECIALIST – META & GOOGLE ADSRole DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute and optimise paid digital campaigns across our group of companies.
The candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, improving campaign performance and ensuring that advertising budgets contribute to measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create and manage campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Manage lead generation, website conversion and remarketing campaigns
- Develop campaign strategies for different businesses and target audiences
- Monitor advertising budgets, CPL, CPA, ROAS and conversion rates
- Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API and conversion tracking
- Manage Google Analytics, GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Create and test different audiences, creatives, offers and landing pages
- Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve campaign performance
- Work closely with the Content and Creative teams to develop high-performing advertisements
- Analyse lead quality in coordination with Sales/Counselling teams
- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports
- Identify underperforming campaigns and recommend corrective actions
- Manage retargeting and customer acquisition funnels
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance/digital marketing
- Robust practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Experience managing lead-generation campaigns is essential
- Good understanding of GA4, Pixels, conversion tracking and remarketing
- Ability to analyse campaign data and make data-driven decisions
- Understanding of landing pages and conversion optimisation
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets reporting skills
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Meta/Google certifications are an advantage but not mandatory
- Most importantly, candidates should be able to demonstrate campaigns they have personally managed, including advertising spend, leads, CPL/CPA and measurable results.
