Responsibilities:

- Strategize, execute, and manage paid campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and others (LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).
- Plan and implement end-to-end lead generation funnels for service-based and D2C brands.
- Write high-converting ad copies tailored to various audience segments.
- Optimize campaigns for performance: ROAS, CPL, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, headlines, targeting, landing pages, and more.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to align visuals and messaging.
- Analyze data using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other BI platforms to deliver actionable insights.
- Continuously work on CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)



for landing pages to improve overall funnel performance.
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, industry trends, and competitor strategies.

Requirements:

- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
- Proven track record in managing paid media for D2C brands and lead generation campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital ad platforms including Meta, Google, and others.
- Ability to write persuasive ad copy and understand audience psychology.
- Deep experience in CRO and funnel optimization techniques.
- Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Hotjar, etc.
- Strong analytical mindset and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
