Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.

Monitor key metrics including ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and Conversion Rate.

Conduct keyword, search-term, placement, campaign, and SKU-level analysis.

Optimize campaign structures, bids, budgets, targeting, and placements to improve performance.

Analyse advertising performance alongside overall sales, conversion, organic performance, and product ranking.

Support advertising strategies for new product launches, deals, promotions, and existing product growth.

Track performance through regular reports and MIS and identify opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with account management, category, catalogue, and other teams to support marketplace growth.

Take ownership of assigned campaigns/products and ensure regular monitoring and optimization.

Key Requirements





1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Advertising campaigns.

Strong working knowledge of Amazon Advertising Console and Amazon PPC.

Understanding of keyword research, search-term analysis, bidding, campaign structuring, targeting, and placement optimization.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and data analysis.

Robust ownership, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

Added Advantage

Experience with Amazon international marketplaces such as the US, UK, Canada, Europe, or Middle East.

Familiarity with Amazon Brand Analytics, Search Query Performance, and third-party Amazon analytics tools.

Exposure to TikTok Shop / TikTok Ads.

Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Python, or reporting automation.
