Role Overview

We are looking for a Growth Manager with strong expertise in D2C growth, Performance Marketing, ROAS optimization, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). The ideal candidate will own the complete customer acquisition funnel—from campaign strategy to conversion and retention—while driving sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta(Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Drive D2C customer acquisition while maintaining profitable CAC and maximizing ROAS.
- Manage end-to-end performance marketing budgets across multiple digital channels.
- Optimize landing pages, user journeys, and checkout flows to improve conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.




- Develop and execute customer lifecycle strategies, including remarketing and retention campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copy, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Work closely with Product,Design, Content, and Tech teams to improve user experience and campaign performance.
- Track KPIs including ROAS, CAC,CPA, LTV, Conversion Rate, CTR, CPC, and Revenue.
- Scale successful campaigns while maintaining profitability and growth targets.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in D2C Growth Marketing.
- Hands-on expertise in Performance Marketing.
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of ROAS,CAC, CPA, LTV, Funnel Analysis, and CRO.
- Knowledge of attribution models, pixel implementation, and conversion tracking.
- Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in consumer internet, D2C, e-commerce, subscription businesses, fintech, edtech, or digital platforms.
- Experience managing monthly ad budgets of 10 Lakhs+ is preferred.
- Experience in app growth or subscription-based businesses is an added advantage.
