We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with 5+ years of hands-on experience, with Meta Ads as the primary expertise and strong working knowledge of Google Ads.

What we’re looking for:• 5+ years in Performance Marketing

- Strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Good hands-on experience with Google Ads
- Experience across B2B & B2C campaigns
- E-commerce sales & lead generation experience
- Robust understanding of ROAS, CPL, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPC & Conversion Rate
- Experience in campaign scaling, audience targeting, remarketing & A/B testing
- Knowledge of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel & Conversion API
- Ability to analyse campaign performance and drive measurable business results




- Agency / Retail sector experience will be an added advantage
