Role Description The Performance Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Connaught Place. This role is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing performance metrics across key business and operational functions.

The Performance

Specialist will conduct regular performance testing, identify trends and gaps through data analysis,



and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvement plans. Day-to-day tasks include preparing performance reports, presenting insights to stakeholders, supporting performance management initiatives, and ensuring that performance goals align with Fitspire’s health and wellness standards.

Qualifications

- Strong experience scaling D2C brands across Meta, Google, Amazon, marketplaces, and quick commerce.
- Own end-to-end performance marketing across Meta, Google, YouTube, Amazon Ads, and other digital channels.
- Achieve monthly revenue, ROAS, and customer acquisition targets.
- Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies to drive profitable growth.
- Continuously optimise campaigns to deliver sustainable business growth and marketing efficiency.
