At INVESMATE Group, we're building a stronger performance-driven growth engine across multiple brands. We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can take ownership of paid acquisition, solve campaign problems and scale what works.

? WHAT YOU'LL DO:

- Plan, execute and optimise Meta & Google Ads campaigns
- Own budgets, targeting, campaign structure and scaling
- Drive lead generation and customer acquisition
- Monitor and improve CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS & conversion rates
- Analyse campaign performance and identify the why behind the numbers
- Test audiences, creatives, offers and acquisition strategies
- Analyse the complete funnel: Ad → Landing Page → Lead → Customer
- Work with creative, content, sales and web teams to improve performance
- Use tools such as GA4, Meta Pixel/CAPI, conversion tracking and analytics

? WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Experience in EdTech, FinTech, SaaS,



D2C or Performance Marketing Agencies is a plus.
