Key Responsibilities:
- Plan & execute Meta & Google Ads campaigns
- Specialized in Lead Generation Ads
- Manage budgets, targeting, bidding & campaign structures
- Optimize CPL, conversions & lead quality
- Conduct audience, keyword & competitor research
- A/B test creatives, audiences & ad copies
- Scale successful campaigns
- Prepare performance reports & actionable insights
Required:
- Strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads
- Lead generation & conversion campaign experience
- Knowledge of CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS & Conversion Rate
- Robust analytical & problem-solving skills
- Agency experience is an advantage
