About the RoleWe are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager – B2B & Growth to take ownership of performance marketing across 15+ brands.

This is a hands-on player-coach role. The person will be responsible for both leading the performance marketing team and personally managing campaigns — from strategy and execution to optimisation and scaling.

The primary focus is B2B lead generation, franchise/partner acquisition and high-ticket customer acquisition. Success will be measured not only by lead volume or CPL, but by MQLs, SQLs, opportunities, conversion and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end performance marketing across multiple brands: strategy, execution, optimisation and scaling
- Plan and manage Meta Ads campaigns for B2B and high-intent lead generation
- Develop acquisition strategies targeting founders, business owners, investors, franchise buyers, distributors and decision-makers
- Manage campaign budgets, audiences, creatives, messaging, bidding and campaign structures
- Build and optimise the funnel: Lead → MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Conversion
- Track and improve CPL, MQL rate, SQL rate, CAC, conversion rate and revenue contribution
- Work closely with Sales and CRM teams to improve lead quality and conversion
- Lead, mentor and monitor the performance marketing team
- Run structured A/B tests across audiences, creatives, offers, landing pages, lead forms and funnel journeys
- Analyse campaign,



CRM and sales data to identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities
- Explore ChatGPT, AI tools, automation and emerging acquisition channels to improve lead generation and conversion
- Collaborate with Sales, Creative, Marketing, Technology, Product and Leadership teams

What We Are Looking For
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing or Digital Acquisition
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation and performance campaigns
- Experience with high-ticket products/services, franchise, SaaS, education, real estate, financial services or similar businesses will be preferred
- Strong understanding of MQL, SQL, funnel metrics and conversion optimisation
- Experience managing multiple brands, campaigns or accounts simultaneously
- Prior experience leading, mentoring or managing a performance marketing team
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, budget optimisation and campaign scaling
- Experience working with CRM and marketing/sales data
- Ability to connect marketing metrics with actual sales and business outcomes
- Hands-on curiosity around AI tools, ChatGPT, automation and emerging acquisition channels
- Strong ownership, analytical thinking and execution skills

Important ExpectationThis is not a pure campaign-execution or Meta Ads specialist role. We are looking for someone who can:

- Be hands-on with campaigns, while also managing a team
- Think beyond leads and CPL and focus on lead quality and revenue outcomes
- Understand B2B and high-ticket customer acquisition
- Independently take campaigns from strategy → launch → optimisation → scaling
- Manage performance across multiple brands and business models
- Use data, experimentation and AI to identify new growth opportunities
- Work in a fast-paced setting with a high level of ownership

If your experience is primarily limited to campaign execution without B2B lead generation, funnel optimisation or team leadership exposure, this role may not be the right fit.
