Hiring: Performance Marketing Executive | Nutraceuticals

Reporting To: Head of Nutraceutical A leading organisation in the Nutraceutical / Wellness space is looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Executive to drive customer acquisition, conversions and measurable revenue growth across D2C and marketplace channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, Amazon and other performance channels
- Drive qualified traffic, customer acquisition, conversions and revenue
- Monitor and optimise campaigns based on ROAS, CAC, CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC and conversion rates
- Manage lead generation, retargeting and product campaigns
- Test and optimise creatives, audiences, landing pages and offers
- Track campaign performance through GA4, UTM tracking, pixels, events and attribution
- Analyse conversion funnels and identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency
- Prepare performance reports and derive actionable insights using Excel / Google Sheets
- Independently manage campaigns, budgets and day-to-day performance optimisation

What We’re Looking For




- 4+ years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Working knowledge of Amazon Ads and marketplace platforms
- Experience with D2C, E-commerce, Nutraceutical, Wellness or Healthcare businesses preferred
- Exposure to platforms such as Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra, BigBasket, Flipkart or similar marketplaces is an advantage
- Proven experience managing paid media spends of ₹1 Cr+ annually
- Solid understanding of performance metrics, attribution and conversion funnels
- Highly analytical, data-driven and comfortable taking end-to-end ownership of campaigns
